Broccoli Fettuccine

I actually got this recipe from Kimberly several years ago, but I don't think she ever posted it. If so, forgive me. I got hooked on it for a while and made it at least every two weeks.


1 lb. fettuccine

Boil five minutes, then add:

4 cups broccoli

Cook 5 more minutes.

Drain the liquid from the broccoli and pasta.

In a medium sized skillet cook:

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup butter

1/2 - 1 tsp. minced garlic

Pinch of red pepper flakes

Saute' the above ingredients for 1-2 minutes.

Pour in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan. Mix well.

Add to the broccoli and pasta mixture.

This makes a lot. It also heats up very well, also.
